RIDE for Sales Pros takes a fun approach to teaching sales associates how to create sales with exceptional customer service. Unlike typical salespeople in anĀ average retail store, Sales Pros CONNECT with each customer. They CAUSE shoppers to become buyers with an in-store experience that inspires people to become CUSTOMERS FOR LIFE. The course is mobile responsive so that learners can complete training on any device, and it communicates with the company’s LMS to track progress. Our instructional design lead wrote and storyboarded the course, incorporating short video clips and realistic in-store scenarios to engage learners, with rich visual imagery that blends seamlessly with Boardriders’ branding. Managers use coaching tools to evaluate progress and ensure that standards for sales and service are complied with.
