Apple stores are really cool, right? Starting in 2001, members of our team were involved in retail store rollout for the first 11 Apple Computer retail store locations. They wrote and developed presentations to train in-store presenters to manage the in-store stages for customer sales and enrichment presentations. They also developed scripts and on-screen presentation materials for the stage in the back of the Apple stores, brought in trained presenters to run the stages during the first week of the store’s grand openings and then trained in-store staff to carry on the presentations throughout the following months.
